I currently work in person from two different locations, both run by Vessel Spaces. On Monday afternoons, I work from their centre just off Park Street. Unfortunately, this space is not wheelchair accessible, due to being up a few flights of stairs. On Wednesday afternoons, I work from Vessel's Old Market location. There aren't stairs at this venue, but due to a narrow doorway, I unfortunately can't guarantee accessibility at this venue either. On Tuesday afternoons, I currently work online.

 

I offer both short-term and open ended work. Short term work can be six or twelve sessions. With both short and long term work, we will have regular reviews and check-ins to ensure you are getting the most out of therapy and make any necessary adjustments you might need.

My fees are £55 per 50 minutes. I know that the cost of counselling can be prohibitively expensive, and in an effort to combat this and make therapy more accessible, I do offer some sliding scale conscessionary places where possible. Please feel free to get in touch; Together, we can discuss what is affordable for you and try to come to an arrangement.

Counselling is most effective if you can attend every week. This allows our relationship to strengthen and also gives me a more linear overview of what is going on in your life. It also tends to work best if there is a consistency to the appointment (e.g. same time and day each week). However, I do recognise that life and external factors don't always allow for such rigidity. This is something we can discuss at your appointment.

Introductory sessions are charged at £25, take place over Zoom, and last around 30-40 minutes. These are slightly shorter than a full session, and are a chance for us to see if we'd be a good fit to work together.
